Reactor / Pressure Vessel / Hydrogenators
Reactor is the equipment which is called as a heart of the complete system in the pharmaceutical & chemical Industry. In reactor t certain temperature & pressure, through agitator, mixes two kinds of volumes (or greater than two) liquids, solids and sometimes gases, promotes its reaction usually with thermal effect. And for the same many times it requires to function the temperature during the process and therefore the internal coil or external (Limpet) coil is provided on the equipment.

Pressure Vessel / Tanks
A pressure vessel is a device mounted on a hot water heater or boiler. These pressure vessel are specifically designed to release high steam pressure in the tank and thus prevent tank explosions. Equipped with specialty valves, our finished pressure valves are used in a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic and cryogenic applications to provide protection from over-pressure in steam, gas, air and liquid lines. The self-operating pressure vessel are installed to prevent over pressurization of the system. The valves facilitates letting off the steam when safe pressure level is exceeded. Moreover the valves get closed when the pressure level drops to the preset level.

Heat Exchanger
We manufacture and provide the top class and carefully constructed heat exchanger. The product finds primary application in cooking of grain, mash and starch slurry. Its other applications include simple pumping of semi-solids and process applications in which reactions are involved, as a result of addition of steam. This high performance and dimensionally accurate product is directly installed in pipelines. It has a shell thickness of 32 mm.

Flaker
The Flaking surface of the drum is duly ground and hard chromed with superior finish for fast and uniform formation of Flakes and prevention of dried material being stuck on the drum surface after scrapping. The drum is provided with a Hollow shaft for entry of Cooling medium. Rotary joint is provided on the hollow shaft at the Intel and Mist of Cooling medium
